As you begin discovering what your own body does for you every single second of the day, I truly hope that you have a whole new perspective on the many thankless tasks and take note of just a few of the automatic tasks your body has perfectly in place and does to keep you alive and feeling well. There are so many extremely simple things that you can add into your day that will assist and make this an easier job for your body to support you.
Digestive and especially colon health is sadly so neglected, and if you don’t do your best to keep your colon clean, your mind cannot be truly balanced or function that well or efficiently. If you don’t keep your colon clean your body, your cells, tissues, organs, cannot regenerate themselves and healing will be very difficult.
Any symptoms that pop up for you like poor sleep, feeling tired, or any problems really it is for the best to purge the digestive system first. Then suddenly in a day or two you feel better and better, more balanced, you will sleep better, you will have recaptured your energy and have a better clarity of mind and are on the good road to recovery.

I wrote this preparation to doing a detox for people who want to dive into a detox, and as you certainly don’t really want to go directly into a full detox without first preparing the ground and foundations.
